The People´s Deputies scrutinized the report of the Panel and resolved to direct it to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine for their review and appropriate response.
The Parliamentarians decided "to define the bill on ad hoc and interim panels of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Reg. No.5163) as a high priority one, and facilitate its scrutiny in the session hall to arrange the necessary conditions for panel´s activity."
Under the Resolution, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Minister of Internal Affairs shall report on the scrutiny of high profile cases connected with the application of public funds by the leaders of the State Committee of Ukraine for State Material Reserve.
